Properties Details
Cancellation policy: future-stay credit
As soon as the reservation is paid in full guests are eligible for credit for a future stay up to 18 months after the cancellation. The paid rate will be respected and the guest will not have to pay any extra fee.
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking and cancellation must be made at least 60 days prior to arrival.
If they cancel between 60 and 14 days before arrival, you can chose between the future stay credit or the payment corresponding to 50% of all nights.
